ITS CIRCULAR SHAPE MAXIMIZES HEAT CONDUCTION AND FACILITATES CLEANING OPERATIONS. THE INSULATED TANK LIMITS HEAT LOSS AND REDUCES ENERGY CONSUMPTION. INSIDE THE TANK THERE IS A PERFORATED STAINLESS STEEL BASKET WITH HANDLES THAT FACILITATE THE LIFTING THROUGH AN EXTERNAL TACKLE.
THE BLANCHING OF THE PRODUCT (OR GLASS JARS PASTEURIZATION) OCCURS INSIDE THE BASKET. A PROBE SENSOR ALLOWS THE TEMPERATURE DETECTION DURING COOKING, AS CONCERNS THE PASTEURIZATION ANOTHER PROBE SENSOR DETECTS THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE JARS. THE ENTIRE WORK CYCLE IS CHECKED BY DIGITAL CONTROLS.
