TRUFFLES STERILIZATION.
FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY, THE AUTOCLAVE IS DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED FOR THE STERILIZATION OF TRUFFLES CONTAINED IN glass jars, TRAYS AND OTHER FOOD CONTAINERS SUITABLE FOR STERILIZATION TEMPERATURE.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it presents a door with a key locking system, pneumatic water inlet and outlet valve, digital and analog thermometer and manometer, an internal detection probe for the autoclave, a probe to be inserted inside a bottle to control sterilization temperature, a safety valve, manual fluid shut-off valves, an electrical control panel with PLC. This latter allows to easily program and adjust the working cycle, store the processing data and transfer them to your own device.
Optional: thermal printer for working cycle data recording.
Sterilization is carried out either by steam generated internally or by an external generator WHILE cooling IS PERFORMED with mains water with A flooding or spray system.
Capacity:
- from 30 to 60 liters (for small productions)
- from 60 liters up (for medium productions)
Heating type options:
- steam
- electric power (recommended up to the 60 l model)
Smaller models are vertically structured and equipped with a perforated stainless steel basket fitted with handles to allow the lifting.
Larger models instead are horizontally developed and equipped with one or more perforated stainless steel baskets which are frontally extracted with the aid of anti-fall lock device. The operation requires compressed air.
